Monthly Blog, that actually may be a weekly blog! Music, bedroom tax and footy

So My monthly blog might turn into a weekly one, (depending on if i can be actually arsed that is). My weekend wasnt a bad one, Started after a very busy Friday in work, popped into the local for a pint on the way home. I was playing footy at 7pm but felt i deserved a pint (like i ever need a excuse to make sweet love to a pint of delicous lager). The Pint defo done the trick because i scored about 6 goals, not renoun for my goal scoring antics, some of them were belter's. There's nothing better than the feeling when you have a decent game of football (apart from amazing sex or winnning the euro million's of course).
Saturday saw me trying to break the world record for drinking the most amount of pints in the shortest amount of time, ending with me being in bed by 7pm in the evening, 7pm thats proper lightweight stuff that. Come 3am Sunday morning i was up and wide awake, so i came down made coffee, then switched on the telly, good old trusty sky plus on demand, and i watched the movie 'The day after tomorrow' a film I's never seen before, quite good but hard u focas on at 3am with a hangover. After goin back to bed about 7.50am and getting back up at about 10am, Sunday was off to a start again, long gone are the days of watching The Walton's, Lost in space and Land of the Giants, like i need many moons ago, it was a sunday special in those days. So after hours of making a J-lo arse print in the couch in the back living room I decided to go the pub and watch the Liverpool v's Manchester City game. A catch 22 type of game, a win would keep us striving for the highest possible finishing position in the league it would possibily hand the title to them horrible nasty neighbours of City's. Turned out to be a 2-2 draw but yet again another game Liverpool should have won, I wont even get started on Pepe Renia :(.
So Music time, and this week saw the re release of Fleetwood Mac's album rumours, for the 35th aniversary. Now Fleetwood Mac are a true picture of Music Evolution. A band named After their rythem section of Drummer Mick Fleetwood and Bass player John McVie were the only original member's of the band who've remained in the band all the way through the years. I'm a massive fan of the Early bands music, the Peter Green era when it was just pure 12 bar blues at times, Green for me is one of the greatest gutairsts ever. I liked next era of Mac, the middle fleetwood mac after Green had left with Danny Kirwin, Bob Welch, Christine and John McVie and Mick Fleetwood, they slow drifted away from the blues into a more popular music sound. Then their was the next line up, the buckinham, nicks era. Rumours to be fair is a Brillaint album Id say defo in my Top 30 albums of all time, tracks like Second hand news wich has a sort of dicso beat in a country rhythm in blues style, and not to mention ' The Chain' which has a amazing bassline with only comes in towards the end of the song.www.youtube.com/watch?v=pcawnRIyeok
